Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hampton InnBoston-Natick. As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting nightly audit processes to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Handling guest inquiries check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of daily reports
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service to guests
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends
