About the Role:
As Maintenance Supervisor at Cairn Group youll help ensure our hotel runs like clockworksupporting daily operations and leading a team that keeps our property safe functional and welcoming for every guest.
Youll be hands-on with day-to-day repairs upgrades and preventative maintenance while also helping manage documentation contractor relationships and the efficient use of resources.
With an eye on the detail and a passion for high standards youll keep the venue in top shapesolving problems swiftly and leading your team with pride and professionalism.
Youll work collaboratively with the General Manager and hotel teams to ensure our maintenance log is up to date and that all scheduled and reactive works are completed promptly and efficiently.
