Supervise and monitor finishing activities including plastering flooring tiling painting false ceiling carpentry sanitary fittings and electrical finishing.

Ensure execution as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and suppliers for timely completion of works.

Conduct site inspections and resolve finishing-related issues on site.

Ensure all snag/punch lists are completed prior to project handover.

Prepare progress reports and maintain proper records of materials and work done.

Work closely with engineers architects and project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
