Diplme de premier cycle en pharmacie (PharmD) ou quivalent obtenu au Canada

Permis dexercice de pharmacien actif dans au moins une province canadienne

Minimum de 5 ans dexprience en soins primaires en pratique clinique ou dans un domaine quivalent

Exprience dmontre en exercice de la pharmacie au Canada

Matrise complte du franais loral comme lcrit
