We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of cross-functional projects across departments. Reporting directly to the PMO Director this role is responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously coordinating with internal teams and external vendors and ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget. Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Project Manager Starting Salary: $100000$115000 annually depending on experience.
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday business hours (with some flexibility as needed).

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently while meeting schedule cost and performance goals
- Facilitate project planning and kickoff sessions; develop project charters and timelines
- Build and lead cross-functional teams; assign tasks and track accountability
- Monitor project milestones budgets and risks; escalate critical issues when necessary
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders; deliver regular status updates and reports
- Collaborate with department leaders and vendors to align resources and timelines
- Close projects with clear documentation reporting and evaluation of outcomes
- Support continuous improvement in project management practices and PMO development
- Mentor team members on project execution and best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Business
- 3 years of experience managing projects in a cross-functional or PMO environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Proficiency with project tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Asanam Jira)
- Exceptional organizational time-management and communication skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
- Experienced in leading structured process improvement efforts using mapping and analysis tools
