We are seeking a Project/Agile Manager to oversee the planning implementation and tracking of projects in our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Project Initiation:
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
- Secure necessary approvals and allocate appropriate resources.
Project Execution:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project timelines budgets and resource utilization to ensure adherence to project constraints.
Project Monitoring and Control:
- Implement robust quality control measures to guarantee project deliverables meet high standards.
- Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Adapt project plans as needed to address evolving requirements or unexpected challenges.
Project Closure:
- Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations to capture valuable lessons learned.
- Document project outcomes and share knowledge with the organization to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure a seamless transition of project deliverables to relevant teams or departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Project Management and Scrum Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in both traditional project management and Agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Asana Jira or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Must be bondable in accordance with State of Iowa and Credit Union guidelines.
