WORK HOURS Monday Friday 3pm 11:30pm

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

Peak Season (July-December) Requirements

Mandatory overtime which may include some weekends

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a member of theProduction team the Team Lead(Screen Room) is a critical role within our Screen Print department. The My Team Shop department is responsible for preparing and shipping group orders that are packed for individual customers. The Screen Room Leadis a critical role within our screen print operation and is responsible for ensuring quality screens are produced problem solving issues and supporting our production team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work with Supervisor on achieving daily goals of safety quality delivery and productivity
  • Ensure screens are produced to high quality standards and completed in a timely manner
  • Inspect all screens
  • Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive
  • Must be willing to train and understand that the position may be messy/dirty at times
  • Manage projects provide management with regular reports and ensuring accuracy efficiency and timely completion.
  • Using SAP and Microsoft Excel to provide analysis to management.
  • Lead team by example regarding attendance performance productivity and safety.
  • Work with other departments to problem solve orders with inventory issues or changes needed.
  • Make sure the departments daily responsibilities are done by the end of shift providing support in any area needed.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

  • At least 2-3 years of continued work experience
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Direct physical activity is required to maintain productivity levels while meeting the highest of quality specifications.
  • Read and comprehend documents instructions and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders in spoken English ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Participate in meetings discussions and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed
  • Must be punctual with excellence in attendance
  • Must be able to pass background check.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

  • HS Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1 - 2 years experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience
  • Learn tasks quickly is detailed accuracy driven personable team oriented and punctual with excellent attendance
  • Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
