Job Description
Heat Tech Industrial is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter/Blaster to join our team.
This position primarily requires working on various industrial coatings and abrasive blasting tasks in our fabrication shop in Sanford Michigan. We are looking for motivated individuals who are safety-conscious and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for coating including cleaning sanding and masking.
- Perform abrasive blasting operations to specified standards ensuring surface cleanliness and profile.
- Mix and apply coatings ensuring compliance with product specifications and industry standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment and performing tasks.
- Monitor job progress maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial painting and blasting.
- Strong knowledge of coating materials methods and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets and instructions.
- Experience in using spray equipment sandblasting equipment and other relevant tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- OSHA 10/30 or safety training certifications are preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environmental conditions.
