Were representing a top-tier drywall contractor in the Orlando area thats looking to bring on a talented experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator. This is a dual-role position where your expertise in both project execution and accurate estimating will make a real impact. If youre ready to lead commercial drywall projects from bid to closeout this is your opportunity to shine.
What Youll Do:
Manage commercial drywall projects from pre-construction to closeout
Prepare precise estimates takeoffs and bid packages
Coordinate with GCs architects and field crews for smooth execution
Track budgets schedules RFIs and change orders
Leverage tools like On-Screen Takeoff to streamline your workflow
Drive team performance and ensure high-quality results
What Were Looking For:
5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating
Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (required)
Deep understanding of construction sequencing and Division 9 scope
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
