Aerospace Composite Center LLCBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Technology Manager to join our team located at the Aerospace Composite Center (ACC) in Hazelwood MO!
This position will be responsible for supporting integration of Boeing IT systems and processes for ACC. Selected candidate will have strong background working with Boeing IT enterprise systems and experience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that includes various functions and stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration application analysis and design information management architecture computing security computing project support and/or process analysis.
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies goals objectives.
Acquires resources for organizational activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and mid-level managers.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of management or leadership experience
10 years of experience working in the Information Technology field
10 years of experience with working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
5 years of experience working with Boeing IT systems and processes
5 years of experience demonstrating leadership of complex projects with large project teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
5 years of experience in project and product management
Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering manufacturing quality and/or supply chain
Experience putting key initiatives into operation that have produced significant productivity and efficiency gains for an organization or program
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time
