As an Energy Assistance Program Processor youll play a key role managing participant files ensuring compliance and keeping the team connected. If youre detail-focused and passionate about making a real impact we want you on our team!
WHAT YOULL DO:
Review & Organize: Enter applicant data organize files and keep the process moving with your keen eye to detail.
Coordinate Activities: Manage and planthe whole process of outreach eventsand communicate with the team and
community.
Support the Team: Assist your co-workerswith duties to help maintain a strongteam and client relationships.
Negotiate and Advocate: Negotiate with vendors handle emergenciescalmly and manage schedules all asyou advocate for the clients.
Lead with Excellence: Represent ouragencys mission and values ineverythingyou do.
SKILLS TO WOW US:
Strong verbal and written skills toeffectivelyengage diverse communities.
Tech-savvy and able to handle computertasks with ease.
A knack for understanding programregulations and requirements.
Strong work ethic to work independentlyor as a team.
Math and taxes are a breeze.
Reviewing large amounts of informationand data is second nature.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED
Additional course work in area related toposition preferred
Six months to one-year related experience.
