Job Summary
As a Dispatcher team member youll manage the movement of trucks and drivers to ensure freight is picked up and delivered efficiently. Youll serve as the communication point between drivers customers and internal departments.

Job Summary
As a Dispatcher team member youll manage the movement of trucks and drivers to ensure freight is picked up and delivered efficiently. Youll serve as the communication point between drivers customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch CDL drivers for freight pickups and deliveries
- Monitor trucks using GPS/ELD systems and ensure route efficiency
- Communicate instructions updates and load changes to drivers in real time
- Resolve issues such as delays breakdowns or re-routes promptly
- Keep accurate records of loads driver hours and delivery confirmations
- Assist and manage DOT and Hours of Service compliance with your assigned drivers
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; logistics or dispatch training is a plus
- At least 1 year of dispatch experience in trucking or transportation
- Knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations and freight terminology is preferred
- Proficiency in dispatch software (e.g. McLeod TMW Samsara etc.)
- Excellent multitasking communication and organizational skills

MondayFriday 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
One weekend every four (4) weeks

Compensation: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year
