Senior Technical Account Manager / Program Coordinator Serves as the main point of contact for all contracted IT work and coordinates resource allocation intake reporting and communication. - Interfaces between Access Services and contractor teams
- Develops SoWs labor estimates and project plans
- Tracks recurring/project-based work and ensures timely reporting
- Oversees ticketing systems and asset reviews
- Manages escalations and emergency support communications
Requirements:5 years in IT program/project/account management experience managing enterprise clients strong coordination and communication skills.
