Job Description

About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 1-4 two middle schools for grades 5-8 and one high school for grades 9-12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Responsible for working with students to be academically successful by assessing and remediating academic skills under the direction of certified professionals in individual or small group settings; maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. Start Date:August 28 2025
Contract: 183 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4pm 8 hour days including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break

FTE: 0.9375(37.5 hours per week)

Salary & Benefits

Starting Rate: $20.64-$21.12 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post-secondary education or successful completion of a valid and reliable formal assessment as identified by the school district or State; ability to work with staff to provide services to students in skill deficient areas.
