We are proud to be a conveyancer of choice for 8 out of 10 major banks and lenders in the UK and have more than 300 UK-based employees who deal with thousands of conveyancing transactions between them every day. The team is led by a group of experienced specialist solicitors who are equipped to handle the most complex of remortgage transactions.

Were Hiring: Senior Case Executives!
Leeds (Hybrid 2 days a week in our modern offices at West One Village Wellington Street)
Up to 30000 per annum plus annual bonus and competitive benefits package

Were building our team and looking for our next cohort of Senior Case Executives to join our fast-paced customer-focused team at Optima Legal. Youll be supported by technical trainers backed by legal-tech innovation and empowered to deliver real impact.
What youll do:
Own and manage complex remortgage cases
Work closely with customers lenders and solicitors
Solve problems progress applications and manage escalations
Help shape our customer journeys
Support junior team members along the way
What were looking for:
A couple of years experience as a Senior Case Executive handling complex remo cases
Solid Remortgage experience
Sale and Purchase experience is an advantage
Strong understanding of UK property law remortgaging processes and lender requirements
Familiarity with regulatory requirements including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and GDPR
Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
This is more than a case handler job its a springboard into conveyancing a role that matters and a team that backs you.
