Hybrid Working

PO2 Grade: 43542 pa rising in annual increments to 46437 inc LW.

1 x Full Time- Permanent

1 x Part time-17.5 hours per week working Wednesday 1.30pm-5pm and Thursday to Friday 9am 5pm- Permanent

About the Team and Role:

The post will offer line management support to 2 or 3 Brokerage and will promote and oversee the development of brokerage assurance and quality systems to drive continuous service improvement.

To undertake the line management and supervision of staff

To manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of a brokerage service delivering value for money. To promote and oversee the development of brokerage assurance and quality systems to drive continuous service improvement. To undertake the line management and supervision of staff.

The brokerage team plays an important role in the work that is done in Adult Social care in terms of commissioning support to enable our residents to continue living at home in the community or if they need to move onto long term care provision. The brokerage works hand in hand with our care management teams to provide support for the residents of Lambeth.

You will need to have excellent communication skills along with good IT skills and an experienced manager and used to working in a fast-paced team.
