Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds this award-winning independent pub is all about laid-back countryside charm proper hospitality and cooking with the best seasonal produce. With a small talented kitchen brigade of three theyre now on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join the team.
This is a brilliant chance to develop your skills in a hands-on role where youll be trusted supported and part of something genuinely special.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie
- 30000 per year plus circa 3000 to 5000 service charge
- Working 48 hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts flexibility available
- Cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients in a well-run kitchen
- Strong support from a Head Chef whos passionate about mentoring
- Great exposure to all areas of the kitchen which is ideal for growth and progression
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Taking charge of your section and delivering consistently high-quality plates
- Working closely with a small team to prep and serve for around 50 covers
- Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations from mise en place to service
- Bringing positive energy and a strong work ethic to every shift
- Learning from experienced chefs and contributing to a warm collaborative atmosphere
