At MANE we are one of the worlds leading flavour and fragrance companies headquartered in the South of France and with a passionate team right here in Kerpen. For us everything revolves around flavour creativity and team spirit. Were looking for support in the Commercial Support area to take our customer projects to the next level whether you bring fresh eyes or solid experience.
What You Can Expect
You will support our Account Managers with their daily tasks e.g. customer inquiries maintaining data in the system shipping samples preparing offers and more.
You will share responsibility for the smooth handling of customer projects with a focus on excellent service and professional communication.
Youll collaborate with various departments such as Product Development Marketing Quality Assurance and Food Law both onsite and internationally.
You will build relationships with customers in Germany Benelux Scandinavia and Switzerland gaining valuable insight into the food and beverage industry.
Profil du candidat recherch
What You Bring
A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. Industrial Clerk Office Management Clerk etc.).
Either: Motivation to kick-start your career in a varied international environment.
Or: Experience in Sales support or Customer Service.
Strong organizational skills team spirit curiosity and a structured independent work style.
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
A passion for working with digital tools (MS Office CRM systems etc.).
