Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Bowen Group a GTSC company seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager (ST PM) to oversee all aspects of IT and cybersecurity support for Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP)s enterprise systems. The ST PM will lead technical staff and ensure the delivery of compliant secure and high-performance solutions. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with a strong background in federal cybersecurity frameworks risk management and large-scale IT program execution particularly in DoD environments.
Work Location
HYBRID Washington DC area. Must be able to attend meetings as required in the metro region.
CERTIFICATIONS
One or more of the following certifications: CISSP CISM CISA CCISO GSLC.
Active Top Secret clearance or a favorable Tier 5 investigation adjudication.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field.
REQUIREMENTS
8 years managing complex IT projects of similar size/scope
Experience providing support for large Department of Defense contracts with a preference for MC&FP or related support activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day leadership of all IT and cybersecurity contract support personnel.
Oversee performance under Task 3 ensuring technical compliance and innovation.
Serve as technical liaison between contractor teams and Government leadership.
Support cybersecurity operations infrastructure and compliance activities.
Track program metrics and manage project risks and resources.

Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to obtain a favorable background check.
