All About You

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Test Lab Technician to join our dynamic this role you will be integral in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical products through extensive testing and analysis. You will work in a state-of-the-art testing laboratory where you will have the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing test plans troubleshooting electrical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical engineering concepts hands-on experience with testing equipment and strong analytical skills. Requirements

  • Associates degree or technicalcertification in Electrical Engineering Electrical Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical testing and laboratory environments preferably in a manufacturing or battery related environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with testing equipment such as oscilloscopes multimeters and power supplies.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to engineers and technicians.
  • Develop and maintain test automation software using tools such as LabVIEW and Python.
  • Conduct performance and reliability tests in accordance with industry standards.
  • Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
  • Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on best practices in testing.
  • Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
