Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Bowen Group a GTSC company seeks a Data Analytics SME to support a Healthcare Call Center.
The mission of theData Analytics SME focuses on providing services and support to the Healthcare Call Center which supports transitioning military service members and/or veterans who are currently receiving psychological health (i.e. mental health or behavioral health) and/or moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) care.
Work Location
This position is remote and the Healthcare Call Center operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours of 8am through 5pm extending from Eastern Time (ET) through Pacific Time (PT). Your core work hours would be determined by the program manager.
IMPORTANT: You are required to attend in person and to present at a monthly Program Management Review (PMR) in the Washington DC area.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Must be DoD 8140.03 IA certified. A SecurityCE certification would be appropriate.
EDUCATION
- A bachelors or masters degree and three years or more relevant experience in mental health data analytics or a related field (healthcare data analytics).
REQUIREMENTS
- At least one year of experience post-degree in mental health data/database management.
- At least one year of experience post-degree in analysis and presentation of program data.
- Proficient in database management and/or statistical software such as Excel Access Stata or SPSS. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.

- Must be able to obtain a favorable background check.
