Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Southfield MI. The ideal candidate will provide support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Help clients with mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Keep accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
- two forms of ids and own transportation
- Car insurance and car registration (not needed but is a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move clients with care
