Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) - TS
Xcelerate Solutions is Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE). Be an integral part of a team in managing baseline information system security controls to ensure the confidentiality integrity and availability of FBI networks systems and data. This role contributes to secure information sharing between CJIS and its partners and requires personnel with demonstrated expertise in meeting Revised Section 508 Standards. A core focus of this program is maintaining and modernizing a comprehensive lifecycle security model that governs all CJIS Division information systems and services. The position ensures compliance with federal laws and policies through the application of best practices independent assessments and secure solutions to mitigate threats and prevent unauthorized access or misuse Come join our award-winning organization and work with the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.

Responsibilities:
- Working with agile development methodology specifically including Scaled-Agile Framework (SAFe) lean systems development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodology
- Providing experienceimplementing operating and maintaining infrastructure and applications; Experience within diverseteams of architects developers and integrators;
- Providing experience leading or co-leading technology projectswith enterprise dependencies; and
- Developing maintaining and revising policies andguidelines relating to information security.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- 10 Years of experience
- Masters degree
- Experience and working knowledge ofsecurity for cloud technologies and services specifically AWS and Microsoft AZURE; Expert levelexperience and knowledge of government security standards and industry best practices including theNIST RMF and NIST security and privacy controls. Experience conducting industry research to createdetailed reports whitepapers and technical comparisons;
- Certified Information SystemsSecurity Professional (CISSP)Cloud Cert preferred. Position Description: Demonstrated ability to brief diverse audiences on technical matters and convey information clearly and concisely; Deep sense of mission and commitment in support of national security.
