Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and making a difference in education and child care We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regional Licensing Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for ensuring our before and after school programs meet local state and federal regulatory licensing requirements. Youll be working closely with various teams to maintain compliance improve processes and support our mission to provide high-quality care for children.

As an AlphaBEST Regional Licensing Specialist youll be trained mentored and have the chance to do the following:
- Research monitor and ensure state licensing regulations are met at AlphaBEST sites across the assigned region.
- Provide consultation compliance monitoring and guidance for new business opportunities in the region.
- Use data analysis to assess the impact of regulations on staffing applications renewals and compliance.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance database management and record-keeping methods.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams ensuring compliance standards are upheld.
- Conduct site visits as needed for licensing applications inspections and compliance requirements.
- Lead the creation and delivery of training on state regulations to field leaders and staff.
Heres what youll need:
- Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience in compliance or regulatory field preferably in a childcare setting
- Strong project management skills
- Certification to conduct State licensing training
- Meet requirements for Program Director
