Gummy Production Specialist

Summary

Assists in essential responsibilities of the gummy confectionary department and ensures state compliance standards and Planet 13 standards are met by preforming the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Complete inventory procedure using electronic tracking system (Biotrack) and respond to any discrepancies by notifying management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.

Review inventory in Biotrack and METRC systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Create and maintain the gummy candy manufacturing schedule on a weekly basis

Maintain ingredient and flavor inventories for the gummy department

Train new employees and delegate workflow to employees within the gummy department

Complete daily quality control checks on in process candies/confectionaries

Assist in Product development and manufacturing optimization
