Job Description & Summary: A career within.
Responsibilities:
AI Architecture & Development Design and implement generative AI models (e.g. Transformers GANs VAEs Diffusion Models). Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent frameworks. Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks (e.g. NLP vision genomics). Ensure model scalability performance and interpretability. System Integration & Deployment Integrate AI models into full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React Django). Deploy models using cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker Azure ML GCP Vertex AI). Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker Kubernetes). Collaboration & Leadership Work with data scientists engineers and domain experts to translate business/scientific needs into AI solutions. Lead architectural decisions across model lifecycle: training deployment monitoring and versioning. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA GDPR). Maintain comprehensive documentation for models systems and workflows. --- Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field. 5 years in AI/ML development; 3 years in architecture or technical leadership roles. Proficiency in Python JavaScript and frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and DevOps tools. Strong understanding of NLP computer vision or life sciences applications. --- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in domains like marketing capital markets or life sciences (e.g. drug discovery genomics). Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and other enterprise AI tools. Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA EMA) and ethical AI practices. Experience with multimodal data (text image genomic clinical).
