Job Description
Mobile Device Management Administrator
We are looking for a self-motivated independent detail-oriented and responsible team player to join our team as a Mobile Device Management this role you will be responsible for the procurement deployment and inventory maintenance of mobile devices.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain physical inventory of mobile devices updating inventories of what devices were deployed and to whom
- Approve and deny requests for devices
- Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices
- Manage cellular plans for phones and MiFis
- Troubleshoot device connectivity and application issues
- Manage MDM environment
- Manage Apple Business Manager account
- At least 2-4 years of experience managing mobile devices
- Experience with iOS Apple Devices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Associates degree from a two-year college or technical equivalent
- Experiences with other MDM platforms (MobileIron Intune.)
- Experience working with cellular carriers
- Experience with MS Windows based computers and applications
- General knowledge of how different IT systems interact
