Job Description

The New Business team is a recently established unit within the broader Strategic Partnerships department. Its mission is to explore and develop new types of partnerships beyond our current collaborations with real estate agencies and banks and to scale these new verticals effectively.


Your future missions :

  • Identify prospect and qualify new business opportunities within target segments (Service Residences and Housing Management companies)
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline through cold outreach (calls emails LinkedIn events etc.)
  • Continuously improve lead generation efforts
  • Conduct market research to identify key stakeholders and new market segments
  • Use and optimize CRM tools to track activity maintain data hygiene and provide visibility on progress
  • Provide feedback on customer objections pain points and opportunities for product/service improvements
  • Help improve and deepen existing sales processes; were not starting from scratch but we are far from done.


About you :

  • At least one previous experience as Sales(internship apprenticeship full time
  • Knowledge of CRM
  • At least 12 months of experience (not necessary in full time internships & Apprenticeships counts)
  • Good autonomy
  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken) as well asease of bonding with people
