About the Role:
As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Renal) you will work closely with the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager (NMUM) to provide leadership and support to nursing teams ensuring the delivery of consistent and comprehensive care across the unit. Youll contribute to the implementation of practice changes collaborating with the wider team to enhance patient outcomes and foster a positive supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of staffing recruitment performance processes rostering and attendance management as well as contributing to the units financial and resource planning. You will play a key role in mentoring and developing less experienced staff ensuring they grow from competent to proficient practitioners.
