An exciting opportunity exists for a passionateChef de Partie (CDP) to join the culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW.
This is a permanent full-time role working with The Fresh Collective a leading and award-winning hospitality group. Be part of a passionate team curating premium culinary experiences for some of Sydneys most high-profile and exclusive events.

Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all Events
Lead and run your assigned section efficiently during busy service
Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in ensuring smooth event execution
Maintain the highest standards of food safety presentation and quality
Adapt menus in collaboration with senior chefs to reflect current Gallery exhibitions
Actively participate in the setup and breakdown of events
Step up to assist in kitchen leadership during senior chefs absence
Minimum 2 years experience as CDP or equivalent in a high-volume premium catering or fine dining environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service
Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during high-volume events
Valid Australian working rights (citizenship residency or full working visa)
