Part-time Music Teacher - Grades K-5
Job Description:
Chelsea Academy is seeking a highly motivated part-time faculty member to provide Music instruction to
grades Kindergarten - Grade 5 during the 2025-2026 academic year. Desired candidates should have
teaching experience a knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic intellectual tradition classical liberal
arts pedagogy a passion for educating and forming Christian youth and a spirit of adventure.
Important qualifications and characteristics include: practicing Catholic in good standing background in
music education and/or performance experience working with children classroom management skills a
focus on student learning ability to collaborate on a team flexibility and enthusiasm.

and the Catholic faith from Kindergarten through 12th grade. The Academy is committed to promoting

Hours: Music instruction of approximately 12 hours per week; additional hours may be available
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
