Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per diem night shift at St. Marys DYouville Pavilion. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in nursing facility settings and be prepared to deliver high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility protocols and professional nursing standards.

  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications treatments and monitor patient responses.

  • Document care activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Credentials:

  • Active RN or LPN license (Online License Verification required)

  • BLS Certification

  • CEU Dementia Training

  • Annual Mandatory Training Attestation Form

  • Hepatitis B Series Titer or Declination

  • Influenza Vaccination

  • MMR Titers or Immunizations

  • Varicella Titer or Immunizations

  • 2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON

  • Criminal Background Check

  • National & State Sex Offender Searches

  • EPLS/GSA and OIG Searches
