Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights enabling informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires expertise in data visualization tools programming languages and a strong analytical mindset to drive business performance.
Duties
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Pull and validate data from internal systems including EMRs scheduling platforms and billing tools.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor patient outcomes staff performance and key operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions that meet business needs.
- Support compliance and quality initiatives through regular performance reporting and audit prep.
- Lead project management efforts for analytics projects ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP basic macros data visualization tools).
- Experience with ETL processes and database design principles is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
