About the role:
As a Receptionist youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of Vela St Vincents Care Mitchelton.

Things that work for us:
Availability to work Monday to Friday 0830 to 1400.
Relevant experience in a similar role performing reception duties in a friendly and courteous manner to a broad population (elderly people their carers and families desirable) and professional staff.
Experience of administrative functions including telephone enquiries maintaining and ordering stationery / office equipment maintaining confidential records in an orderly system management of petty cash and involvement in marketing activities for prospective residents including facility tours.
Working closely with rostering team and administration team.
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to use computerised clinical management software such as Autumn Care People Point etc
Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) or NDIS Worker Screening Check
