Position Overview
The CPI Administrator ensures customer accounts maintain active liability insurance coverage by monitoring compliance resolving discrepancies and collaborating with dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Verify active insurance coverage on customer accounts.
Collect premiums for uninsured accounts.
Resolve insurance discrepancies with dealerships.
Document correspondence and account updates.
Provide compliance reports to management.
Skills and Qualifications
Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and account management systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
