Job Description
The Systems Testing/QA Specialist will support the QA lead in planning executing and documenting testing activities for large complex business systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (AODA) data reconciliation and adherence to government SDLC/PMLC processes.
Duties:-
Develop comprehensive QA test plans test cases and scenarios for complex systems.

Execute functional accessibility (AODA) and data testing (analysis cleansing reconciliation).

Document defects test results and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Prepare test summaries status reports and participate in daily stand-ups.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development business) to resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with government standards (SDLC PMLC) and security practices.

Use tools like Jira Bugzilla Microfocus Oracle DB and accessibility tools (WAVES JAWS NVDA).

5-7 years of experience in:
-
Test planning/case development for complex business systems.

Executing test cases for large-scale systems.

Data analysis cleansing and reconciliation.

Proficiency in testing tools (Jira Bugzilla Microfocus).

Experience with accessibility testing tools (WAVES JAWS Compliance Sheriff).

Knowledge of Oracle DB web-based 3-tier architectures and COTS implementations.

Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.

Public sector experience (government/agency).

Familiarity with IBM J-Rules Engine.
