Job Description

**Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer** **ARDMS OB/GYN & NT REQUIRED** **Temp to Perm is NOT required but the option to go perm is available. Please list if RN would like to be considered for a permanent position after the assignment or if they prefer to continue traveling upon application. Submittal will not be considered until we have clarity on if RN is a true traveler or potential perm hire after contract.** We have 6 ultrasound rooms at Sacred Heart medical center and 2 rooms at Holy Family hospital. The sonographers perform between 7-9 detailed ultrasounds daily and report findings to the 3 MFM physicians. Patients are often experiencing a maternal or fetal condition making them high risk so the sonographer must be familiar with detailed ultrasound imaging. Fetal echo is required. Sonographers assist with amniocentesis amnio reduction CVS and PUBS procedures. No weekends no nights no major holidays. ****3 Interview Times (Including Time Zone) must be included when submitting candidate for a position. Please triple confirm candidate is available for interview during these times. No Call No Show will disqualify candidate for future positions across entire Health System.*** Please ensure traveler is aware of below prior to submitting: This position is available for any clinician nationwide. This position MUST START ASAP. No Start Date Pushes. Role: Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer Start Date: ASAP Shift: 5x8 days Years of Experience REQ: 2 First-Timers Accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: No Is on-call REQ No Certs REQ: BLS ARDMS OB/GYN NT Skills REQ: OB-GYN Experience required. Outpatient Experience required. Epic - REQUIRED Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes Pending License Accepted: No RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager but be present on submission Scrubs: Any color no print.
