Job Title : Salesforce Functional Consultant
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 5-15 years
Location : Hyderabad Telangana (Remote)
Responsibilities :
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Proven experience with requirement gathering process modeling and functional design.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration (flows process builders validation rules page layouts etc.).
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Consultant certifications (e.g. Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Marketing Cloud or Field Service Lightning is a plus.
- Design and document functional specifications based on business needs.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud or other modules as required.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the functional design is translated into scalable and robust technical solutions.
- Create and manage user stories process flows use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct a gap analysis between business requirements and Salesforce functionality.
- Lead workshops training sessions and demos for key stakeholders.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) support and defect triaging.
- Work with data teams on data migration and data quality efforts.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices governance and compliance standards.
