Job Overview / Summary:
The Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Functional Architect will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracles Transportation Cloud solution for Coca-Cola. This includes requirement gathering solution design system configuration testing and post-go-live support. The candidate must act as a functional and technical subject matter expert with strong analytical project leadership and communication skills.
Primary/Required Skills:
Core Technical & Functional Expertise:
- 10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- 5 years in an architect or lead role
- 5 years of experience in OTM Cloud
- Strong functional configuration experience within OTM
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Expertise across OTM modules:
- Order Management
- Shipment Management & Bulk Planning
- Rate Management
- Operational Planning
- Financials (Invoicing & Vouchers)
Hands-on OTM Functional Configuration:
- Automation Agents
- Business Process Modelling
- Custom Screens & Workbenches
- Master Data setup & management
Project & Support Capabilities:
- Requirement gathering from business users
- Functional solutioning & documentation
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide Tier 2 support and incident resolution
- Perform ad-hoc transportation/logistics analysis
Highly Desired / Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LNM (Logistics Network Modeling) ODA (Oracle Digital Assistant) or mobile and machine learning capabilities in OTM
- Experience working in SAP-integrated environments
- Experience working in Consumer Goods or Manufacturing industries is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional OTM Cloud implementations.
- Act as SME across multiple concurrent projects.
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient OTM configurations.
- Troubleshoot across modules and interfaces.
- Provide detailed solution documentation and training.
- Support performance tuning and process improvements.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain or equivalent (required)
