Job Description
Balanced Body is hiring! This position will report to the Sales Director and support our internal staff to ensure a positive sales experience and timely execution of the daily initiatives.
To be successful in the position you will be able to meet deadlines demonstrate great attention to detail and consistency in following processes. The ideal candidate will work well individually and in a team environment. The individual we are seeking will be an excellent communicator and be process oriented. You should be comfortable working in a fluid environment where priorities may shift.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting sales growth assisting internal team members and supporting our clients.
The responsibilities listed below are representative of some of the duties required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:
- Responds to online inquiries (i.e. Info@ etc.) and forward to the appropriate team member/department when necessary.
- Forwards CRM Web Leads to the account team.
- Perform sales support duties: processing mail literature/color chart fulfilment.
- Creates and Processes Monthly Reports data pulls as requested.
- Creates activates and disables promotional codes in all required platforms as needed.
- Creates activates and sends customer gift cards.
- Supports Processing of sales commission reports.
- Gathers publicly available and market BI and VOC as requested.
- Processes and Imports Tradeshow equipment sales.
- Enters and processes order for designated house accounts.
- Perform other sales related duties as assigned by Sales Director and broader management team.
Qualifications:
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily perform each essential duty:
- At least one year of Customer service sales or administrative support.
- Excellent communication verbal and written.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner one on one as well as in a group.
- Motivated self-starter with solid organizational skills strong listening verbal and written skills.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- An exemplary work ethic get it done attitude and high personal accountability.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Comfortable working with reports and data.
- Knowledge of Dynamics NAV & Dynamics CRM would be nice but previous experience working in a CRM system is preferred.
Salary Range:
Non-exempt status hourly base
Work Schedule:
This is a Monday to Friday position 40-hour work week. Business hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
