- Reconciling of reports from MMS/MMC with cash and credit
- Scheduling of cashiers in their shifts
- Complete management of check out floor operations which will include Cash tills and End control
- Ensuring smooth implementation of Customer services Fresh Desk Metro Reward Cards within the department
- Daily ledger reconciliation - FSD E. Com Checkout Advance & Credit Customers.
- Ensure timely opening & closing of Banking as per SOP
- Return Process as per SOP
- Reporting / Archiving compliance as per HO / SOP requirement
- POS Settlements handling & Reconciliation
- Handling of Customer complaints Fresh Desk NPS & Metro Reward Cards.
- Ensure all Checkout/CS activities as per SOP (Audit
- Cash safe & tills spot checking regularly
- Succession planning of Supervisors/Cashiers
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience
