The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing costinganalysis sales coordination and data reporting within the formulationindustry. This role involves preparing MIS reports analyzing productcosting coordinating with sales teams and providing datadriven insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MIS Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports related to sales revenue costing and profitability.
- Develop and automate Excelbased dashboards and reports for management review.
- Analyse sales performance pricing trends and cost structures.
2. Costing & Profitability Analysis:
- Evaluate product costing raw material expenses and production overheads.
- Analyse contribution margins profitability and pricing strategies.
- Assist in budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives.
3. Sales Coordination & Support:
- Act as a liaison between sales finance and production teams for order processing and sales data management.
- Ensure timely coordination of sales orders pricing approvals and dispatch tracking.
- Prepare customerwise and productwise sales analysis for decisionmaking.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation related to pricing approvals cost sheets and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting accuracy.
- Support audit requirements and financial reconciliations.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Education: B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / ICWA (Inter) / CA (Inter) or related field.
- Experience: 46 years in MIS reporting costing and sales coordination in the pharmaceutical (formulation) industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in MIS reporting data analysis and costing models.
- Strong command over Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Macros) Power BI (preferred) and ERP software (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
- Understandingof pharmaceutical formulation costing sales trends and financial analytics.
