HireXtra is seeking a UK IT Recruiter for a position in Bachupally Hyderabad.


Job Description:

As a UK IT Recruiter at hirextra you will be vital in identifying and attracting top IT talent to support our clients technical staffing needs.

You will be responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting candidates for a wide range of IT roles.

Ensure candidates are eligible to work in the UK and possess the necessary visa types such as Tier 2 (General) Tier 2 (ICT) or other applicable work visas. Knowledge of UK immigration laws and processes is a plus.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong communication skills a deep understanding of the IT industry and a passion for connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively source IT candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and referrals.

Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future IT positions.

2. Screening and Interviewing:

Conduct initial phone screens and inperson interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.

Evaluate candidates qualifications and present a shortlist to hiring managers.

3. Job Posting and Advertising:

Write compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various online platforms.

Optimize job postings for maximum visibility and response.

4. Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.

Provide regular updates to clients on the status of ongoing recruitment efforts.

5. Candidate Assessment:

Evaluate candidates technical skills experience and soft skills to ensure a good match for client requirements.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.

6. Negotiation:

Assist in salary negotiations and offer extensions to successful candidates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT recruiter preferably in the UK market.

Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred.
