I m the direct recruiter for a Preconstruction Manager with a unique established Water Art Design Construction Service organization.
Hybrid Carrolton TX with travel as needed

As Preconstruction Manager with GPSI Water ( ) you ll oversee design-build/specialty preconstruction build the department implement best-in-class systems & collaborate with Design Studio/Engineering/Construction ensuring accurate/proactive project delivery.
HIGHLIGHTS
Design/implement scalable preconstruction workflows/SOPs
Identify/implement software platforms for estimating/bid tracking/preconstruction coordination
Analyze RFPs/construction documents/design sets extracting scope/risk/delivery requirements
RFIs/documentation alignment between internal/external stakeholders
Produce/update cost estimates from concept phase to final bid
Cost data/forecasting modeling to improve pricing precision/decisions
Align design intent with budget constraints
Build/manage national subcontractor database
Develop bid packages/coordinate scope reviews/lead bid leveling
Recruit/mentor/develop high-performance preconstruction team; partner to train staff on estimating/constructability/delivery model nuances
Ensure estimates align with construction models; adapt estimating approach to delivery model/strategy
REQUIREMENTS
10 years preconstruction estimating or PE roles with GC or specialty trade contractor in commercial construction including:
Design-build/collaborative project delivery models
Build/scaling preconstruction systems/teams
Construction documents quantity takeoffs mechanical systems
Subcontractor scope packaging procurement strategy
Preconstruction/estimating software
Aquatic systems fountains themed entertainment construction a
