Job Description
- Design develop and customize business process workflows and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Business Process Reengineering teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop custom workflow components integration logic and user interfaces using standard programming languages and automation tools.
- Connect workflows to external applications and services through standard REST or SOAP web service APIs.
- Ensure compliance with security scalability and performance standards.
- Participate in testing deployment and continuous optimization of automated workflows.
- Work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation projects.
- Keep up to date with emerging automation technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- 3-5 years of software development experience with proficiency in Java and/or .NET plus frontend technologies like React and .
- Experience in business process automation and workflow design.
- Experience in banking project development or working within the banking domain preferred.
Required Skills and Technologies:
- Java and/or .NET: Core backend development languages for creating custom workflow components and integration logic.
- JavaScript React HTML CSS: Frontend technologies for client-side scripting UI customization dynamic forms and validation.
- SQL: Experience in SQL for data management including writing complex queries optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.
- REST / SOAP Web Services: For integrating workflows with external applications and services.
- Additional Qualifications: Experience with OCR technologies content management and storage solutions and proficiency in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) are valuable assets.
- Solid experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
