You thoroughly enjoy:
Leading by example and motivating a sales team
Sales processes and organization because you know that the devil is in the details.
Accolades that come with meeting and exceeding sales goals for future growth.
Sharing your sales knowledge and understanding that on-going training and education is important to the success of developing a team.
When your team is providing great customer service on a consistent basis through prospecting activities appointments presentations proposals and closing projects.
Adapting to different personalities and providing customized training based on your teams experience.
Facilitating sales meetings to give your team direction insight and motivation.
Working alone and with multiple departments to see the projects through from start to finish.
High expectations of your team to follow-up with their customers on a consistent basis because that will create raving fans and help us build relationships for the future.
You understand:
Marketing and Sales need to work together as we are stronger together than working in silos.
Holding teams accountable is important because you can see the bigger vision and the return on investment that it can bring to a company.
You will be eager to:
Jump in with both feet to learn our CRMs and customer service processes.
Learn from the VP of Sales as this position will be reporting to a trailblazer and a leader in the roofing industry - fast paced eager and loves analytics as so should you.
