Job Description
Were hiring a Health & Safety Coordinator to support operations at a large-scale industrial site in Upstate New York. This full-time on-site position is ideal for someone experienced in MSHA regulations workplace safety programs and accident investigation protocols.
What Youll Do:
Ensure site-wide compliance with MSHA and workplace safety standards
Conduct safety training risk assessments and workplace inspections
Investigate incidents and recommend preventative measures
Maintain documentation and reporting systems
Serve as site liaison during MSHA inspections
Collaborate across departments to promote a proactive safety culture
Qualifications :
What Youll Need:
3 years of experience in Health & Safety ideally in mining/industrial environments
Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to travel/relocate to Northern NY (relocation assistance provided)
