Sharpcontra is seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our Austin-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing initiatives that align with our clients objectives and strengthen their market position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
Conduct market research to identify trends customer insights and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling content and promotional materials
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
Coordinate product launches and promotional events
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on marketing performance
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a marketing role
Strong analytical organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM email marketing analytics software)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
