We are seeking a driven and dynamic Market Development Representative to join our team in Madison WI. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities generating qualified leads and supporting our sales pipeline growth. Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Reach out to prospective clients via phone email and other outreach methods.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
Maintain accurate records of leads interactions and pipeline updates in CRM.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Analyze industry trends and provide feedback to enhance growth initiatives.
Attend meetings presentations and industry events as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales lead generation or customer-facing roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot or similar).
Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Ability to understand and explain complex products or services.
