We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and real estate. You will support the execution of campaigns assist in developing marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Support promotional initiatives and coordinate marketing events
Create and proofread marketing materials such as brochures presentations and property listings
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand alignment across all channels
Manage and update the companys website and internal content as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
13 years of experience in a marketing or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest or experience in the real estate industry is a plus
